working together

getting started
We can hop on a 20-or-so minute Zoom call, free of charge, to see if we are a good fit. If we are, we’ll schedule an appointment for an in-person or Zoom appointment, depending on what you prefer.
You will need to complete the necessary HIPAA and Informed Consent forms prior to our first appointment, which will go out to you electronically. It’s easy to get set up.
My in-person therapy office is in west Madison, at the Quarry Arts building on University Avenue and Hill Street. We can meet either virtually or in-person.
continuing
At the end of each session, I’ll ask you if you want to schedule again. There’s no pressure to keep a regular rhythm of meeting, I’m happy to add a date to the schedule for a week or two down the road, or a month; or you can get in touch when you feel the need.
I am good at remembering your circumstances, even when you don’t come in for a while. I never want people to feel shy about getting in touch after a break, no matter how long that break is. I’ve had clients return after 3 or 4 years being out of touch. We simply pick up where we left off!

I work on a fee-for-service basis of $150 for a 50-55 minute session. I’ll gather your credit card information when we first meet, and enter it into my Square account, which hides your card information. I’ll run your card within 24 hours of when we meet, and provide you with any type of receipt you need for insurance or HSA reimbursement.
